Savannah Candy Kitchen

WellSpring Builders constructed the new building that Savannah Candy Kitchen occupies on well-known lower Broadway in downtown Nashville. With the project being constructed in a urban environment, WellSpring Builders was presented with a number of challenges not normally encountered. WellSpring Builders heightened attention to safety inclusive of the onsite craftsmen, the public, the surrounding structures, and city infrastructure. WellSpring Builders enlisted an as needed delivery schedule for needed materials to ensure that ongoing activities in surrounding businesses were not negatively impacted during the construction process. Close coordination was extended by WellSpring Builders to ensure that the building was constructed in accordance with the Historical Commission.
