Exit Realty Elite

WellSpring Builders constructed the new Exit Realty Elite Office located in The James Building which is located in the Gulch (downtown Nashville). This new office renovation includes offices for agents, an enclosed glass conference room overlooking the entry area on the level below. This space incorporates a number of modern features, including stained concrete floors, open ceiling structures. The project also included a one of a kind a bar top table where agents can come in and set up to work for a few hours while enjoying the view of downtown Nashville. This project was designed by ASD/SKY.
