Dunkin Donuts Middle Tennessee Central Bakery

When Dunkin Donuts made a substantial investment in Middle Tennessee, they employed WellSpring Builders to construct their approximately 10,000 square foot central bakery. This facility has the capacity to produce more than 42,800 donuts per day.

This project was closely coordinated by WellSpring Builders ensuring that all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs were supplied as required by Dunkin Donuts’ kitchen equipment supplier.
