Bill Kane

Bill Kane

Vice President of Preconstruction

After high school Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University. Bill spent his early years focused on precast concrete quality control before joining a healthcare focused general contractor. After attaining several years of experience in various operations roles, he seized an opportunity to learn the preconstruction side of the business, and he soon became the Lead Estimator for the Nashville office of the company he served. Shortly thereafter, Bill joined the WellSpring Builders team as a Project Estimator, and in 2022, he was promoted to VP of Preconstruction and oversees the precon process for each opportunity the company has. Bill is focused on providing accurate and useful budget information and building authentic relationships with clients, architects, trade partners as well as internally with his team.

Dalton Seder

Dalton Seder

Vice President of Operations

Dalton is a third generation construction professional and the youngest of seven siblings. His earliest memories include working with his five brothers on their father’s job sites in rural South Florida where his father owned a small general contracting business. After graduating from high school, Dalton proudly served our nation, taking his construction skills to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom with the United States Air Force. Upon completion of his enlistment during which time he also obtained his college degree, Dalton pursued his construction aspirations far and wide to locations such as Alaska, Guam and Florida as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, superintendent and project manager. His career eventually led him and his family to the great city of Nashville where he has firmly planted his roots and now serves WellSpring as the VP of Operations.

Randall Anderson

Randall Anderson

Director of Field Operations

Randall began his construction career in 1998 with a specialty flooring contractor, traveling the country working on new Walmart Supercenters. He left the specialty contracting side of construction in 2000 and began working as a laborer with a respected Nashville general contractor. Randall quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Project Superintendent in 2001. During his time with that firm, he worked and developed professional rapport with both founders of WellSpring Builders. After serving that GC for an additional five years, Randall joined WellSpring Builders as their very first Project Superintendent in 2006. He subsequently managed the construction of hundreds of projects for WellSpring Builders, often managing multiple jobsites simultaneously early in the company’s history.  Randall was promoted to Director of Field Operations late in 2023 and works daily to ensure the success of our projects.

Mary Doty

Mary Doty

Director of Finance

Mary joined WellSpring Builders in early 2023 after spending more than two decades in financial management in the construction industry, specializing in payroll, contract administration, budgeting, compliance, and overall accounting operations. Before relocating to Middle Tennessee, she served as Controller for Debrino Caulking Associates in New York, where she led a team of five and oversaw all aspects of the firm’s financial systems and reporting. She also held leadership roles with Clifford R. Gray and Focus One Construction, gaining a wealth of experience in job cost management, union payroll, and client financial relations.  At WellSpring Builders, Mary ensures the company’s financial health remains strong and reliable. Her approach to accounting is both relational and detail-driven — she has helped to build processes that support people and our projects. Mary decided to make Middle Tennessee her home largely because of her love for live music.  We are grateful that she brought her financial skills with her to our organization.
